Job Summary:
This role involves leading technical integrations for partners and enterprise sellers, ensuring their solutions meet technical standards. You will act as the primary technical contact, guiding clients through implementation and troubleshooting integration issues. The position requires cross-functional collaboration to achieve successful and scalable launches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and guide complex technical integrations for partners.
  • Manage end-to-end integration project lifecycles from start to finish.
  • Act as main technical point of contact and provide expert advice.
  • Develop and maintain standardized onboarding processes and documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve high-severity integration problems.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Experience with REST/JSON and GraphQL.
  • Strong understanding of web services and HTTP/HTTPS protocols.
  • Proven project management and client-facing technical support skills.

Industry Experience:
This role requires experience in a technology or e-commerce environment, specifically with partner integrations and API-based solutions.
