Job Purpose
This role will provide hardware and software support to our employees via phone, email, and onsite. The analyst will be required to ask appropriate questions to help diagnose and resolve issues. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate resources. Must enjoy working with employees with various backgrounds, experience and computer knowledge, have a solid understanding of current operating systems and applications, and enjoy working on a team.
Essential Functions
- Provide remote and on-site support
- Manage Help Desk tickets and escalations
- Manage critical issues
- Document customer interactions and internal procedures
- Training users on best practices
- Special projects as required
Relevant Work Experience
- 1 to 3 years in related field
- Experience in IT preferred
Education
- Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred
Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- A+ Certification preferred
Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge and experience with Windows Operating Systems

Salary Range: $55k-$77k
