Job Overview:
As a Technical Solutions Consultant II, you will act as the primary technical contact for external clients and internal stakeholders, specializing in digital advertising and advanced technical troubleshooting. You will focus on complex issues within the advertising ecosystem, provide best-practice guidance, and ensure that clients can successfully implement, optimize, and maintain their advertising solutions. This role requires strong client-facing skills, fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned external clients and internal partners throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support across the advertising and business ecosystem, including APIs, ad management tools, and measurement solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to ads measurement and delivery tooling, including pixels, SDKs, conversions APIs, auctions, and ad servers.
- Investigate technical escalations using logs, data analysis, and API calls; reproduce issues, identify root causes, and propose effective fixes or workarounds.
- Advise clients on best practices for implementing, configuring, and maintaining advertising solutions to maximize performance and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and account management, to address complex client needs and drive successful outcomes.
- Translate complex technical topics into clear, concise language for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.
- Leverage web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP) and data tools (SQL, RESTful APIs) to debug and optimize client integrations.
- Document recurring issues, solutions, and best practices to contribute to internal knowledge bases and improve support processes.
- Communicate fluently in Spanish and/or Portuguese with clients and partners as needed to support regional and language-specific engagements.
- Stay current with evolving advertising technologies, tools, and industry trends to proactively guide clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries.
- Proven expertise in technical troubleshooting across a modern advertising and business ecosystem (e.g., Graph APIs, ad management platforms, conversions APIs, SDKs, and tracking pixels).
- Demonstrated customer-facing experience with the ability to effectively communicate and translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery systems.
- Experience working with core web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP, for debugging and implementation support.
- Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs for data analysis, integration, and issue investigation.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese (must-have requirement).
- Experience in client-facing or technical account management roles, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Foundational understanding of coding concepts, with the ability to read and reason about code even if not writing production code daily.
- Experience working with or supporting major social or digital advertising platforms is strongly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity, structure, and professionalism.
