Technical Solutions Consultant

Payrate: $70.00 - $75.00/hr
 
Summary:
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will serve as the primary technical contact for both our external clients and internal stakeholders. In this expert role, you will specialize in our advertising solutions, advising clients on best practices and resolving any technical challenges that arise. We are looking for naturally curious individuals who are comfortable navigating ambiguity and adept at developing creative solutions to meet client needs.
 
Responsibilities:

• Act as primary technical point of contact for external clients + internal partners
• Diagnose and resolve issues across ads measurement/delivery tooling (Pixel/CAPI/SDK, auctions/delivery, ad servers)
• Provide best-practice guidance on implementing and maintaining advertising solutions
• Investigate technical escalations using logs/data/API calls; reproduce issues and propose fixes/workarounds

 
Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries.
• Expertise in technical troubleshooting across Advertising & Business ecosystem (e.g., Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API).
• Demonstrated customer-facing experience, including the ability to effectively translate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience in technical troubleshooting various advertising technologies, such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery systems.
• Experience working with web technologies, including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
• Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs.

 
Nice to have Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• A foundational understanding of coding (note: writing code is not a requirement for this role).

 
Must-Have Skills:

• Ads ecosystem troubleshooting expertise (Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, SDK, Pixel)
• Client-facing technical consulting (translate complex technical topics to non-technical audiences; stakeholder management)
• Web + data/API fundamentals for debugging (HTML/CSS/JS/HTTP + SQL + REST APIs)
• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese

 
Nice-to-Have Skills

• Foundational coding knowledge (even if not writing code day-to-day)

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $70.00 - $75.00/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
