Technical Solutions Engineer (Spanish/Portuguese)
Location: Fully Remote - US Only
Duration: 12-month contract with possibility for extension
Pay Rate: $70/hr on W2

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant II to serve as a trusted technical advisor supporting advertising solutions across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
This role sits at the intersection of client success, technical troubleshooting, and advertising technology, partnering with external clients and internal stakeholders to diagnose issues, optimize implementations, and deliver best-practice guidance across Meta’s ads ecosystem.

The ideal candidate brings a strong Technical Account Manager or client-facing technical consulting background, thrives in ambiguous environments, and enjoys solving complex technical problems for enterprise-level advertisers.

Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a required qualification for this role.


What You'll Do:
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for external clients and internal cross-functional partners.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Meta advertising technologies, including Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), Graph API, SDKs, Ads Manager, auctions, and delivery systems.
  • Investigate escalations through logs, API calls, and data analysis to identify root causes and recommend solutions or workarounds.
  • Provide implementation guidance and best-practice recommendations across Meta advertising solutions.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive resolution of platform and integration challenges.
  • Support advertisers across campaign measurement, attribution, delivery, and optimization troubleshooting.
  • Manage multiple technical support cases in a fast-paced environment.

Must Have Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in Digital Advertising, AdTech, Technical Account Management, Technical Support, or Technology Consulting.
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese (required).
  • Strong expertise troubleshooting within the Meta advertising ecosystem, including:
    • Graph API
    • Ads Manager
    • Conversions API (CAPI)
    • Meta SDK
    • Meta Pixel
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting various advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, delivery systems, and measurement tools.
  • Client-facing technical consulting experience with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
  • Experience using SQL and REST APIs for debugging, analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and independently solve complex technical problems.
Nice to Have Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working with Meta products beyond advertising tooling.
  • Experience in Technical Account Management or customer-facing technical advisory roles.
  • Foundational coding knowledge or ability to read/debug code.
  • Experience supporting enterprise advertisers or large-scale advertising implementations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is preferred.
