Technical Sourcer, Terafab

We are building Terafab, a vertically integrated semiconductor factory at an unprecedented scale. Tesla demands a recruiting engine as innovative as its engineering. As a Technical Sourcer on the Terafab recruiting team, you will build and execute the search strategies for identifying the industry's brightest minds beyond education background, years of experience, or geographic location. You will move beyond traditional methods to identify, engage, and assess top-tier engineers globally. We are seeking relentless, innovative talent hunters capable of deploying creative sourcing strategies to bring the world's elite engineers to Tesla.

• Utilize the entire sourcing toolkit to identify top talent
• Build robust engineering pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs
• Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers
• Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes
• Educate hiring teams on market trends, compensation analysis, and more
• Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity
• 2+ years sourcing experience in an in-house or agency environment
• Fast paced thinking with the drive to solve unstructured problems
• Technical curiosity to build tools, infrastructure, and processes where it doesn't exist
• Experience recruiting for high-touch roles
• Strong ability to track and manage data and workflows
• Startup experience is a plus
