Technical Sourcing Recruiter

Location: Seattle, Washington (Onsite)

Employment Type: 11 month W2 Contract



Role Overview

An opportunity is available for a Technical Recruiter to support hiring for software engineering and technical roles. This position is execution-focused, partnering with hiring managers to deliver recruiting outcomes through sourcing, screening, and operational excellence. The recruiter will manage multiple requisitions and support full-cycle recruiting for engineering teams, with a focus on hiring talent for the Advertising organization.



Key Responsibilities

  • Build technical candidate pipelines for engineering teams.
  • Own assigned requisitions from intake through offer acceptance, including intake meetings with hiring managers.
  • Source and engage candidates for Software Development Engineer (SDE) roles, primarily for talent with 3+ years of experience.
  • Support end-to-end recruiting for software engineering and technical roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in applicant tracking systems.
  • Support recruiting at scale in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 1-2+ years of recruiting experience, with technical recruiting experience (SDE preferred).


Skills: Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools. Strong communication and organizational skills.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting software engineers or other technical roles.
  • Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute recruiting processes consistently.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00/hr to $40.00/hr. A comprehensive benefits package is available for eligible employees.
