Job Description:Technical Sourcing Recruiter llLocation: New York, New YorkEmployment Type: ContractRole OverviewIn this role, you will partner with leaders to identify, attract, assess, and hire top technical and marketing talent. You will own full-cycle recruiting for mid to principal-level talent, manage a high volume of requisitions, and use data to inform recruiting strategies. This position will support hiring for Technical Program Manager (TPM) and Marketing roles.Key Responsibilities * Own the end-to-end recruiting cycle for TPM and Marketing roles across North America. * Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities. * Manage approximately 10-15 requisitions at any given time, with a target of two hires per month. * Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive and active talent. * Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates. * Provide candidates with clear communication and a professional experience throughout the interview process. * Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders. * Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system.Required QualificationsExperience: 4-7 years of technical recruiting experience, including experience with TPM/PMO or technical hiring.Technical Skills: Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools. Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience recruiting for a large technology company. * Experience supporting high-volume or senior-level technical hiring. * Strong data and metrics orientation. * A bachelors degree or equivalent experience.Compensation & BenefitsThe pay rate for this position is $50.00 per hour.
