Technical Staffing Account Executive – Metro Detroit 

Location & Schedule

  • Hybrid role: In-office Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday & Friday.
  • Territory includes Metro Detroit, with opportunities in Grand Rapids and Toledo.
  • Frequent local client meetings and travel.

About the Role

  • Business development-focused sales position within the technical staffing industry.
  • Build new client relationships while managing a small portfolio of existing accounts.
  • Work closely with recruiters to fulfill client hiring needs.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client meetings.
  • Conduct in-person presentations and site visits.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers.
  • Manage client accounts throughout the staffing process.
  • Attend client lunches, dinners, and networking events.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience required.
  • Staffing or professional services sales experience preferred.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a passion for new business development.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and face-to-face client meetings.
  • Motivated by performance-based earnings.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: Up to $70,000, depending on experience.
