What You'll Be Doing
- Support a team of Quality Technicians, Process Technicians, and a Programmer
- Lead quality systems, audits, nonconformance management, and corrective actions
- Drive process development, continuous improvement, and manufacturing optimization
- Support the programming, implementation, and startup of new equipment
About You
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Expertise in quality, safety, and machining
- Demonstrated success in process development and process improvement
- Confident and humble leader who values accountability
