Electronics Renewal LLC dba The Goldie Group is seeking a Technical Supervisor to lead a small team of mobile device repair technicians in our Nashville repair facility. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong smartphone repair experience and industry certifications.
Candidates with experience in OEM repair, insurance repair programs, or high-volume device refurbishment and cosmetic uplift environments are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of 10-15 mobile device repair technicians
Perform advanced smartphone diagnostics and repairs
Ensure repairs meet industry certification standards
Train technicians and assist with complex repairs
Monitor repair quality, productivity, and turnaround times
Support refurbishment services and processes
Maintain repair documentation and quality procedures
Requirements
2–4 years mobile device repair experience
Previous leadership or team lead experience
Samsung Certified Technician
CTIA or WISE certification required
Strong troubleshooting skills for smartphones and tablets
English required
