Technical Support Analyst/IT Hardware Asset Analyst

Seeking for a Technical Support Analyst/IT Hardware Asset Analyst to manage IT hardware and software assets from acquisition through retirement. This includes maintaining inventory, handling transfers, conducting audits, managing tickets, warranties, contracts, licenses, and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate IT asset transfers between business units within 5 to 7 business days.
• Generate and review weekly IT asset management reports.
• Complete ITSM tickets within 7 to 10 business days.
• Monitor the ITSM IT Asset Management queue daily.
• Update notes accurately to ensure proper ticket lifecycle capture.
• Manage the ITAM Queue efficiently.
• Assist with Asset IMAC and PC Refresh processes.
• Perform periodic inventories and usage monitoring of IT assets, recording all findings and changes.
• Track and maintain hardware warranties, maintenance agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Assist in tracking and maintaining software licenses and perform periodic software audits.
• Assist in reconciling the software repository with the ISO Approval list semiannually.

Must Have:

• IT Asset Management experience - 2 Years
• Hardware Inventory Management experience - 2 Years
• ITSM/Ticketing System experience - 2 Years
• Microsoft Excel proficiency - 2 Years
• Asset Lifecycle Management experience - 2 Years
• Software License Management experience - 1 Year
• Inventory Auditing experience - 1 Year
