The Technical Support Analyst will troubleshoot application issues, investigate reported problems, provide clear technical guidance, document resolutions, and coordinate with the appropriate teams when additional assistance is required.

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education or certification is a plus.
* Previous technical support, help desk, software, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
