As a Technical Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering timely and courteous technical support to customers, assisting with hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth operation of approved applications. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving problems using questioning techniques and remote diagnostics, escalating unresolved issues, and coordinating software updates from Beta Test to implementation.
