Job Summary:
In this role, you will tackle some of the most challenging issues on the client platform, serving as the first point of escalation within the technical support department. The candidate will provide regular updates to customers, quickly understand the client
platform, and requires strong technical skills alongside excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities. This position necessitates an onsite presence two days a week.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and resolve complex technical issues on the client platform.
- Act as the first point of escalation for technical support.
- Maintain frequent and effective communication with customers regarding the status of their issues.
- Quickly gain comprehensive knowledge of the client platform to effectively support its users.
- Provide outstanding customer service while interfacing directly with clients.
Must-Have Skills:- Strong JavaScript writing and debugging skills.
- Proficiency in Web Technologies including Apache, Tomcat, HTML, XML, JSON.
- Excellent troubleshooting capabilities.
Industry Experience:
Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) or similar tech support environment highly preferred.
