Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (FTPC)

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer with a strong background in Rockwell Factory Talk Production Centre (FTPC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of FTPC systems, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Rockwell Factory Talk Production Centre (FTPC) toclients and internal teams.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to FTPC, ensuring minimal downtimefor clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improve systemperformance.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on FTPC functionalities and best practices.
• Document technical issues and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay updated on the latest FTPC features and industry trends to provide informedsupport.
• Assist in the development of support documentation and user manuals.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Rockwell Factory Talk Production Centre (FTPC) is a dealbreaker.
• Proven experience in technical support or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other Rockwell Automation products.
• Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems.
• Knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure.
• Experience in creating technical documentation and user guides.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on Rockwell FTPC.
• Relevant certifications in Rockwell Automation or related technologies are a plus.

The pay range for this role is $100,000- $110,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law).
