We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems Administrator (Microsoft 365 Technical Support) for a 3-month contract engagement. This role combines Helpdesk Support and Junior Systems Administration responsibilities, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 environments.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional end-user support while managing core Microsoft 365 administrative tasks, including account provisioning, mailbox management, licensing, and access control. This position is primarily remote; however, candidates must reside within 30 minutes of Boston, MA to provide occasional on-site support for hardware deployments, system imaging, and urgent technical issues.
