Technical Support Engineer

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities\n\n Support technical helpdesk team and provide excellent customer service and resolve technical issues via calls and emails (to customers and operation organization) \n Support product test, ensure test request deliver on time. \n Operate the virtual studio system - to support technical training \n Able to work in Shift (Shift might be schedule on weekend and Public Holidays based on rotation) \n Work closely with USA helpdesk team to ensure smooth process handling and team development. \n Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implement solutions. \n Coordinate with oversea sales office on product testing logistic and conduct product test. \n Work with Market Manager to operate the eStudio on remote demo and training \n \nOperating Hours\n\n 8 AM - 8 PM or 9 AM - 9 PM (varies by daylight saving time)\n Monday to Friday: 6-hour shifts per team, rotational \n Morning Shifts: 8am - 2pm or 9am - 3pm\n Evening shifts: 2pm - 8pm or 3pm - 9pm\n Weekends:\n Alternating shifts between two teams (Team A and Team B) \n Weekends: 12-hour shifts (work-from-home)\n Public holidays covered based on national calendars.\n \nWhat You Need to Succeed\n\n Education: At least Completed technical education in automation or mechatronic background\n Experience: at least 2 years working experience in service or maintenance support field\n Language skills: Fluent in English\n \nOur Offer to You\n\n 1.5-month contractual bonus\n Medical and Dental plan (including spouse and children)\n Life Insurance Plan\n \nAbout Mettler Toledo\n \nMETTLER TOLEDO is a global leader in precision instruments and services.
