Requirements/Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and support to customers and team members
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, connectivity, and account-related issues
Respond to support requests through email, chat, phone, or other approved channels
Identify technical problems and provide clear, step-by-step solutions
Document support requests, resolutions, and relevant information
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when necessary
Assist users with software, applications, system access, and basic configuration
Maintain a professional and helpful customer-service experience
Follow established technical support procedures and company policies
Stay informed about relevant systems, tools, and technology
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous technical support or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Basic knowledge of computers, software, and common technical troubleshooting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
