Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical support professionals.
Provide coaching, feedback, and accountability while fostering a positive team culture.
Serve as a hands-on technical resource for escalated issues.
Partner with business leaders to improve service delivery and support operations.
Drive process improvements, documentation standards, and team performance.
