A growing global manufacturer is seeking a curious, personable IT Support Specialist to join its help desk team. If you have 1 2 years of corporate IT experience, enjoy hands-on troubleshooting, and can explain technology in everyday language, this could be your next move.

What you'll do

• Provide phone, email, and desk-side technical support to employees and executives.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and Teams issues.
• Assist with laptop rollouts and mobile device support.
• Follow documented procedures and keep users informed through resolution.
• Ask thoughtful questions, investigate problems, and know when to involve teammates.

What you'll bring

• Approximately 1 2 years of corporate IT support experience.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Teams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• An inquisitive mindset, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for learning.

This position pays $22-$25 per hour, based in Naperville, with a Monday-Friday schedule from 8-5. You will work onsite four days a week with one remote day. This is a 6 12-month contract with potential for a permanent hire!
