This is a First Line IT Support / Service Desk role focused on providing technical assistance to internal employees through phone and chat in a 24/7 global service desk environment. The role involves basic troubleshooting of Windows 10/11, MS Office/Office 365, SharePoint, Citrix, VPN, and Cisco AnyConnect, while maintaining excellent customer service and meeting call/chat performance targets. Candidates should have 1–3 years of IT support or customer service experience, strong communication and multitasking skills, and the ability to document and escalate unresolved issues to 2nd-line support teams.

Top skills:

• First-Line IT Support & Troubleshooting – Basic stuff ! Windows 10/11, MS Office/Office 365, Citrix, VPN, Cisco AnyConnect.
• Customer Service & Great Communication – Strong phone/chat support, client care, and clear ticket documentation.
• Showing up Attitude, need to be responsible, have the commitement!

• All Recent Graduate, Fresher, Recent college pass out, Trainees/interns, Pursuing to be completed education/bachelors soon, are welcomed.
• Someone worked for almost 3 or more years and are about to complete their current project or completed the project are also requested to apply if interested! 

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $23 – $24 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
