Technical Support Specialist - Contract - $24-34 per HR
Description

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customer support via various communication channels.
- Manage and resolve incidents in line with service level agreements.
- Document triage details and resolution steps accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service improvements.
- Identify opportunities for workflow and process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Strong networking knowledge, including protocols and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in using generic office and operating system software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
