Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Austin, TX.

Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide hands-on support for end users across desktop, mobile, and application environments. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices (iOS)
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Serve as a primary point of contact for technical support requests
• Deliver both onsite and remote support to end users
• Support audio/video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Google Meet)
• Assist with equipment setup, moves, and installations
• Perform onboarding/offboarding support tasks
• Document processes and maintain ticketing system updates
• Identify and escalate recurring issues or potential outages
