Client Industry: Sports
Title: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Dallas, Texas (Onsite)
Duration: 6 months + extension/conversion
Pay: $20-22/hr
Must-have skills:
- 1–3 years in help desk, desktop support, or technical support
- Comfortable on both Windows 10/11 and macOS
- M365 administration and experience with an enterprise ticketing platform
- Network basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and wireless troubleshooting
- Strong customer service and a calm head under pressure
- Truly available for irregular hours. (Non-negotiable)
Nice-to-have skills:
- Sports, entertainment, stadium or live-event experience (AV, event-tech, arena, theater, concert venue techs, hospitality, convention IT, and helpdesk professionals who have supported executives or fast-paced operations)
