Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Hiawatha, IA 52233 - 100% onsite
Duration: 12-month contract to start with possible extensions up to 24 months
Shift: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Need candidate who can hit the ground running, troubleshooter, mechanical aptitude, build boxes, work independently
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will develop working knowledge of the equipment that you will assemble.
You will also disassemble used equipment returned by customers and clean reusable parts for reassembly.
You will create shipping labels. Track shipping.
Package parts for shipping.
Receive parts and returned equipment.
You will also help manage parts inventory.
Experience:
3-5 years' experience
Hands on experience maintaining equipment or assembling equipment
Excellent computer skills to include proficiency in Word and Excel
Have a strong mechanical aptitude
Pay close attention to detail
Complete routine assignments without constant guidance
Work alone at times once training is complete
Have a positive attitude
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Education:
Minimum HS Diploma but an Associate s Degree is Preferrede
