Technical Support Specialist II
$25-32 per hour + Bonus

What You'll Do
Our Technical Support Specialists help our customers by supporting authorized service agents in the field as they are servicing our display cases. They also interact with Quality, Operations, and Design Engineering to ensure that lessons from the field are applied to cases that we are building to ensure the best quality and delivery for our customers.
What You'll Need
High School Diploma with technical or vocational training in HVAC/R
Able to read and interpret blue prints and use precision measuring instruments
2+ years of field service work in the field of HVAC/R
What Sets You Apart
5+ years field service work
Technical support experience
Associates or Bachelors Degree, or other advanced technical certifications related to HVAC/R
