We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to serve as the front line of IT support for a large user base within a healthcare environment. This role acts as a face of IT, delivering high-quality technical support while ensuring a positive user experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, adaptable, and comfortable supporting users with a wide range of technical abilities.
Responsibilities:- Provide remote desktop support for Windows-based users across a large enterprise environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and endpoint issues, including Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Exchange.
- Assist users of varying technical skill levels, including providing hands-on support when needed.
- Deliver consistent, professional, and customer-focused support experiences.
- Document issues and resolutions, escalating when appropriate.
Must-Haves:- Hands-on experience supporting Windows desktop environments.
- Professional experience with Microsoft Intune.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a coachable and adaptable approach.
- Ability to support both non-technical users and executive-level stakeholders.
Nice-to-Haves:- Experience with Jira Service Management.
- Familiarity with Active Directory.
