responsible
for
setting
up
and
configuring
personal
workstations
and
network
equipment,

As

go-to
expert
for
technical
assistance,
you'll
provide
hands-on
support
to
end
users,
helping
them
navigate
and
make
the
most
of
their
technology.
From
initial
setup
to
resolving
technical
issues,
you'll
be
essential
in
keeping
systems
operating
flawlessly
and
users
fully
supported.
WHAT
WE
NEED:
Configures
and
installs
workstations
and
network
equipment.
Installs
required
workstation
software.
Maintains
the
software
and
hardware
of
classroom
technology.
Provides
technical
assistance,
training,
and
support
to
end
users
on
the
application
of
technologies
and
resolution
of
technical
issues.
Works
with
vendors
to
resolve
technical
problems
as
needed.
Provides
back-up
support
to
the
Service
Desk
function.
Performs
moves,
additions,
and
changes
to
network
user
accounts.
Researches
and
evaluates
the
usefulness
of
new
hardware
and
software
products.
Performs
inventory
management.
Maintains
required
documentation.
Performs
other
duties
as
assigned.
WHAT

High
school
diploma
or
GED
Two
to
three
years
of
related
experience
Comp
TIA
A+
certification
preferred
Valid
driver's
license
SALARY
DETAILS:
$25.30
hourly,
based
on
relevant
experience.
