Technical Support Specialist

SALARY: $65k-$95k/yr. DOE

LOCATION: Portland, OR

SCHEDULE:Full-time; Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm

WHAT YOU’LL DO

·  Technical Support & Escalations - Provide on-site support for complex technology issues and high-priority business needs.

·  Problem Resolution & Knowledge - Identify root causes, implement lasting solutions, and maintain documentation to improve support efficiency.

·  Endpoint & Technology Projects - Manage endpoint lifecycles and support technology deployments, refreshes, compliance, and cross-functional projects.

·  A/V & Event Support - Maintain local A/V environments and provide proactive technical support for in-person and hybrid events.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

·  Communication & Collaboration - Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused, empathetic, and professional approach to resolving technical issues.

·  Proactive Problem Solving - Ability to anticipate challenges, troubleshoot effectively, identify root causes, and develop lasting solutions.

·  Endpoint & Systems Expertise - Advanced experience with enterprise endpoints, device management, hardware, operating systems, SaaS, identity, access, and security controls.

·  Global IT & Service Management - Experience supporting global environments and cross-functional initiatives, with strong IT service management, escalation, documentation, and lifecycle management skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout an office environment for extended periods, with occasional lifting, carrying, and positioning of technology equipment. Must be able to work comfortably at a computer and in office spaces to install, troubleshoot, and maintain IT and A/V equipment.
