Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join one of our clients in the Seattle area. This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity, starting as a 2-month contract with strong potential to convert to a full-time role based on performance and business needs. The position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring onsite presence three days per week. This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of IT or technical support experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting end users across both Windows and Mac environments. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical support to internal users, both onsite and remotely Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive Support general Microsoft products and Windows-based environments Assist with MacOS and Apple device support, including hardware, OS, and basic application troubleshooting Respond to tickets and user requests in a timely and customer-focused manner Escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining clear documentation Assist with workstation setup, deployments, and basic IT administration tasks We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 2-4 years of professional experience in a technical or IT support role Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Microsoft environments Experience supporting MacOS / Apple devices Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and customer-service mindset Ability to work onsite in a hybrid environment (3 days per week) Experience in a corporate or enterprise IT environment Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT documentation best practices Prior contract-to-hire or fast-paced support environment experience
