Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour based on shift

Shift: Day 6:00am-6:30pm | Night 6:00pm-6:30am

Technical Support Technician Description:
Duties:
- Monitor production systems and process performance
- Troubleshoot and respond to production issues
- Collect and report production and process data
- Support process adjustments and operational improvements
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Communicate issues and updates to engineering and leadership teams
- Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Support team production goals and shift operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong computer and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable working with data, systems, and production equipment
- Basic Microsoft Office skills required, knowledge of SQL a plus
- Tech-savvy individuals encouraged to apply
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable wearing required PPE for extended periods
- Manufacturing, technical support, or operations experience preferred
