Job Title: Technical Support Technician - Night Shift
Location: White, GA 30184
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift | 6:00pm-6:30am

Technical Support Technician Description:

Duties:

• Monitor production systems and process performance
• Troubleshoot and respond to production issues
• Collect and report production and process data
• Support process adjustments and operational improvements
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Communicate issues and updates to engineering and leadership teams
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Support team production goals and shift operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong computer and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable working with data, systems, and production equipment
• Basic Microsoft Office skills required, knowledge of SQL a plus
• Tech-savvy individuals encouraged to apply
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable wearing required PPE for extended periods
• Manufacturing, technical support, or operations experience preferred
