Job Title: Technical support Tier-I Location: Belvidere, NJ Duration: 12 Months Job Description:- The ideal candidate will possess two years of substantial support experience.
- Knowledge of Windows 10 is preferred and experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Experience with Avaya phones is a plus.
Responsibilities:- Install, troubleshoot, research and correct desktop application and hardware issues. Must be willing and able to move and install PCs as well as set up and take down equipment used for presentations.
- You will also have the responsibility to enter and update support requests in the ticketing system.
- Must possess the ability to interact with all levels of users in a demanding, fast-paced environment and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- This position will report to the Director of IT.
