Description
Markon is seeking a Technical Systems Project Manager to support an Intelligence Community client in Chantilly, Virginia. This position will coordinate operational project planning, engineering services, logistics, and deployment activities supporting a new enterprise-level IT platform and its mission partners. The Technical Systems Project Manager will work across Sponsor organizations, vendors, and program elements to translate stakeholder needs into executable technical plans and guide projects through implementation.
NOTE: This position requires infrequent CONUS travel on an "as needed" basis, as directed by the client.

Qualifications
Required:
An active TS/SCI with FSP (preferrably with this client) is required to be considered.
Bachelor's degree related to the technical discipline and at least 6 years of relevant experience; OR
Associate's degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience; OR
No degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience performing technical project coordination or management, including successfully achieving program milestones and resolving project issues.
Experience supporting IT system development and implementation.
Experience developing and coordinating technical requirements, implementation plans, schedules, and project documentation.
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent project requirements while monitoring cost, schedule, and performance.
Experience briefing stakeholders and varying levels of management on technical requirements, project status, and timelines.
Strong stakeholder-management, negotiation, and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Willingness and ability to travel on an infrequent, as-needed basis, primarily CONUS.

Salary Range
USD $170,000.00 - USD $200,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
