Experience with CI/CD tools (Bamboo) and release management.
Knowledge of OKTA, OAuth2, and OIDC authentication.
Strong solution architecture and application design understanding.
Strong Agile/Scrum project delivery using JIRA and Confluence.
Excellent stakeholder management and requirement analysis skills.
Experience leading offshore development teams and governing end-to-end project delivery.
Hands-on experience with Oracle to PostgreSQL migration, data reconciliation, and parity testing.
Experience collaborating effectively within onsite and offshore development models, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery across distributed teams.
