- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve quality engineering productivity and efficiency.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end test planning, governance, and execution across multiple workstreams and applications.
- Establish and oversee testing processes, standards, metrics, and quality controls.
- Manage and coordinate testing activities including functional, automation, performance, security, and integration testing.
- Drive adoption of shift-left testing practices and quality engineering principles.
- Oversee test data management and test environment management strategies.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Track and report quality metrics, KPIs, risks, and testing progress through dashboards and executive presentations.
- Leverage AI-driven tools and solutions to improve testing productivity, efficiency, and coverage.
- Support Agile/SAFe delivery teams by ensuring quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
Nice to Have:
- Experience leading testing programs within Property and Casualty (P&C) or Commercial Insurance organizations.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise testing initiatives and distributed teams.
- Relevant certifications in Agile, SAFe, Quality Assurance, or Test Management.
