Role Name - Technical Trading Support Analyst

Job Description:
Provide production support for brokerage trading applications in a high pressure trading environment
Analyze| troubleshoot| and resolve production incidents| escalating as required
Partner with business users to resolve issues in compliance with IT and business control standards
Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Produce operational metrics| audit support| and application status reporting
Maintain disaster recovery documentation and participate in DR exercises
Collaborate with technology| business| compliance| audit| and vendor teams
Participate in on call rotations| including evenings and weekends| to manage high severity incidents end to end

Required Qualifications
5 years of experience in financial services or capital markets2-3 years of experience with Azure Platform| CICD pipelines| GitHubJenkins etc.
Advanced SQL expertise (Oracle| MS SQL| or Sybase)Strong scripting and automation skills (Python| Perl| PowerShell) Working knowledge of infrastructure components.
Strong communication skills and ability to operate independently in a trading environment
