Job Description
Requirements
- 4 or more years of experience in instructional design and enterprise eLearning development.
- Proficiency in Articulate 360 including Storyline and Rise for rapid content creation.
- Experience with video editing and multimedia instructional development utilizing Camtasia.
- Experience in applying adult learning principles across virtual and blended training environments.
- Experience with driving the full training lifecycle from initial needs analysis to final evaluation.
- Experience in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite applications including Project and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present concise instructional materials.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable eLearning, virtual, and microlearning solutions tailored to diverse learners.
- Author highly detailed storyboards and multimedia scripts for complex organizational training programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical information into engaging curriculum outlines.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance and editorial reviews on all training deliverables to ensure consistency.
- Manage multiple concurrent training design projects while independently adhering to strict delivery deadlines.
- Enforce strict adherence to organizational branding templates, style guides, and diverse cultural values.
- Evaluate enterprise learning requirements to proactively resolve instructional challenges and optimize strategies.
