Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: $40-$50/hr
Work Mode: Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Hours: 40 hours/week

Job Summary:
Seeking a Technical Trainer/Instructional Designer to develop effective training programs, eLearning modules, videos, and instructional materials.

Responsibilities:

• Develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced training.

• Create eLearning modules, storyboards, videos, curricula, and user guides.

• Conduct training needs analysis and collaborate with subject matter experts.

• Review materials for quality, consistency, and branding.

• Manage multiple training projects and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.

• 4+ years of instructional design experience.

• Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) and Camtasia.

• Experience with adult learning, curriculum design, and eLearning development.

• Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
