Position Overview The Instructional Designer will design, develop, and implement engaging learning solutions that support organizational objectives. The role requires expertise in adult learning principles, eLearning development, curriculum design, and project management. The individual will work closely with SMEs and stakeholders to create scalable training programs using tools such as
Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) and
Camtasia .
Key Responsibilities Conduct learning needs analyses and recommend appropriate training solutions. Design and develop eLearning courses, videos, curricula, storyboards, and supporting materials. Create blended learning programs including instructor-led, virtual, microlearning, and self-paced training. Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously. Perform editing, quality assurance, and content reviews. Ensure training materials align with organizational standards, branding, and DEI initiatives. Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders throughout the design and development process. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning solutions. Required Skills & Experience Instructional Design
4+ years of instructional design experience. Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies. Experience with training needs analysis, curriculum development, and learning evaluation. Ability to develop learning solutions from concept through implementation. eLearning & Authoring Tools
Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) Camtasia eLearning content development Storyboarding and multimedia production Project Management
Managing multiple projects and competing priorities. Working independently and within matrixed teams. Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. Technical Skills Microsoft Office Suite: Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook Project Soft Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong editing and proofreading skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and organization. Presentation and facilitation capabilities. Must-Have Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 4+ years of instructional design experience. Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) and Camtasia . Experience developing training programs from needs analysis through delivery.
