The current opening is for a Technical Trainer. Main duties include:

• Travel approximately 50% of the time to customer locations to lead technical training
• Facilitate training programs in accordance with business needs and regulatory requirements
• Mentor other Instructors
• Report data on completed courses, issues, or absences
• Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and training
• Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills

 
Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering field preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2+ years of technical instruction/training experience
• Excellent communicator, organized, great leadership ability
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, overnight travel
