We are seeking an experienced Training Specialist to oversee technical and skills certification in a manufacturing environment, focusing on soldering and inspection standards such as IPC and NASA.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of IPC and NASA standards, experience in technical training within the defense industry, and strong communication skills. Preferred certifications include IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, IPC/WHMA-A-620, and NASA 8739 Level B. Flexibility to work overtime, travel, and work onsite in a 4x10 schedule is required.
