Job Purpose

Deliver technical and soft skills training to the Export markets in English and Spanish. Translate training materials from English to Spanish that supports the Export market. This position will also support Domestic training delivery for technicians. The position will also support curriculum development for both Export and Domestic markets. The position provides training that maintains a high level of expertise in our technicians, in order to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and highest level of quality of service and repairs that assures Fixed Right First Visit with Honda/Acura Export and Domestic markets.

Key Accountabilities
  • Technical Training delivery for technicians
  • Assess distributor (export/domestic) market training needs and develop targeted technical training to support technician performance and certification
  • Development and support of in-market training facilities
  • Development and support of in-market industry education (PACE Program)
  • Training Development (CART)
  • Translation support for curriculum maintenance
  • Logistics (Equipment support, vehicle inventory and maintenance)
  • Soft Skills Training support (HoSST)
  • Development and delivery of Export TOPTECH Contest
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Industrial, Education, Business or equivalent technical experience
  • ASE Certification (A1-A8, L1) required
  • 5+ years of automotive experience
  • Teaching experience
  • Field Technical Experience
  • Hands on technician experience
  • Computer skills
  • Proficient written and speaking communications Skills in Spanish and English
