What to Expect: In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and coordinating learning and training programmes within the factory, gathering data, and maintaining robust training systems.

A day in the life:

Coordinate, deliver, and evaluate training and development activities to support factory operations and continuous improvement. Manage training needs analysis, local training plans, and maintain the training database. Develop training materials, facilitate sessions, and provide coaching on training-related matters. Support HR projects, participate in performance management initiatives, and provide backup for site payroll as needed. Support site safety initiatives and other duties / projects as assigned.

Role Requirements

Degree or diploma in HR or relevant certifications, such as Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) or other recognized credentials. Experience coordinating learning and training events, with knowledge of instructional design and blended learning best practices. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; proficient in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and flexibility. Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated facilitation, project management, and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience within a manufacturing setting Experience with Total Performance Management/ LEAN Experience with Kronos
