Document system architecture, design decisions, deployment procedures, and testing results. Ensure all written materials align with USCG technical standards and formatting requirements. Translate complex technical inputs into concise, actionable documentation for diverse audiences. Contribute to configuration guides, design overviews, risk assessments, and transition deliverables. Support the creation and delivery of design artifacts, system overviews, and related project materials. Qualifications: for the Technical Writer include: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience. 5-8 years of experience in technical writing within a technical, engineering, or federal environment. Proven experience developing and editing user manuals, SOPs, system documentation, proposals/RFP responses, and knowledge‑base articles. Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, structured, and accessible documentation. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. Active Secret Clearance.
