Consider joining us today to make a difference. Primary Responsibilities:The Technical Writer develops and maintains operational documentation, user guides, communications products, SOPs, and knowledge assets supporting all SDOD functions. Additionally, in this position you will:Develop user documentation and training materials.Draft Service Advisories and internal communications.Update SOPs and process documentation.Support Knowledge Management initiatives.Maintain document version control and repository management.Assist with emergency communications activities. QualificationsThree (3) years of technical writing experience.Strong written communication and editing capabilities.
