Our client, a software development company based in Austin, is hiring a part-time Technical Writer to support their growing product documentation needs. This role is approximately 20–25 hours per week and follows a hybrid schedule, with some in-office collaboration required at their downtown Austin location.
The Technical Writer will be responsible for producing user guides, API documentation, release notes, and internal knowledge base articles. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and QA teams to translate technical concepts into clear, accurate content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
This is a well-suited opportunity for an experienced writer who values flexibility and wants to contribute meaningfully without a full-time commitment. The team uses modern documentation tooling and follows a structured review process, so strong organizational habits and attention to detail are essential.
