Must-Have**(Ideally should not be more than 3-5) ? Bachelor?s degree (or equivalent) in communication, journalism, Computer Science, or any other relevant field? At least 2 years? experience in creating documentation or training for engineers, administrators, IT professionals, or other highly technical audiences.? Knowledge of SAP on-premise and cloud solutions? Knowledge of modelling tools such as Signavio, draw.io , Microsoft Visio? Knowledge of SAP on-premise and cloud solutions? Knowledge of Cloud computing and cloud infrastructure fundamentals will be a plus? Excellent verbal and written communication in English? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products e.g. PowerPoint? Should have structured approach to problem resolution? Ability to work in multiple parallel assignmentsGood-to-Have ? Knowledge of SAP Modelling standards such as TAM (Technical architecture modelling) will be a plus
