Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of authoritative technical documentation for Internal Cloud Platform architectures, services, APIs, and operational processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring documentation enables safe consumption, operational consistency, and effective onboarding for application and operations teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience producing technical documentation for infrastructure, platforms, or developer facing services.
• 5-7 years documenting cloud platforms, PaaS, or internal developer platforms.
• Proven ability to document architectures, APIs, automation workflows, operational runbooks, and onboarding guides.
• Working knowledge of Linux, cloud infrastructure concepts, virtualization, and DevOps terminology.
• Experience collaborating directly with engineers, architects, and SREs to capture accurate technical content.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Writing or Information Architecture certification.
• Familiarity with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, client, or platform automation concepts.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Produce architecture guides, service descriptions, operational runbooks, onboarding materials, and API documentation aligned to platform tooling, automation workflows, and release standards.
• Own documentation standards, structure, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure documentation enables safe consumption, operational consistency, and effective onboarding for application and operations teams.
